(UNI) The Supreme Court ruled that the Kingfisher airlines of Vijay Mallya shall have to pay Rs 30 crore deducted as TDS.
The apex court refused to grant any relief to Kingfisher airlines.
The Kingfisher airlines had approached the Supreme Court for relaxation in payment of the amount of TDS.
Kingfisher airlines is facing acute financial crisis and has not been able to pay salaries to pilots who have been agitating demanding their arrears of wages. UNI
